The walls of the condominium building common area need to be painted. This includes stairways and ceilings.

A friend painted my condo for me. There were places were there were scratches in the paint, for whatever reason. When I tried to touch this up on the trim and door, the paint dried darker and now there are dark spots. I'd like this fixed so that it is the same lighter color that the rest of the trim and doors are.

We are painting the front of our house, as the back and side are in great shape. We had ivy growing on the front of our house which is removed, but has left some scraping and paint chipping on the brick. We would also like to have our trim, shutters, and siding at the peaks (our house is a cape cod) done as well. We are also considering painting the front door.

Just bought a house in Gold Canyon and want to get the interior and exterior painted. 1350 sq ft ranch. single color inside and outside semi gloss outside stain inside. Carpet will be removed and only have to cover kitchen tile (and cabinets and stuff). We close on the house 2nd week of Feb and want to get housed painted ASAP afterwards. Thank you

I am looking for an estimate for painting my ceiling in a downtown loft environment. The surface is exposed cement, and there are a number of pipes present as well (copper, PVC, black painted piping, HVAC tubing, etc.) I also want to bring the black paint down the top 20" or so of the walls. The space is around 1100 square feet, and the ceilings are just under 13 feet high.

I am looking to have my commercial space repainted in January. Our office consists of 3 offices, a lobby, and 4 classrooms, for a total of appx 3200 square feet. I would prefer a contractor who can also aid in installing weather stripping to the front doors and/or provide a quote for additional construction at the site.
